Yes! We’re pleased to offer custom laser engraving at no extra cost. This allows you to add a personal touch to your ring—whether it's a special date, initials, or a meaningful phrase. Simply let us know your engraving preferences when you place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. Engraving is a fantastic way to make your piece uniquely yours or to create a meaningful gift.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes, we gladly accept custom requests! You can send any image, logo, fingerprint, or heart rate pattern that you’d like engraved on the outside or inside of your ring. Once I begin working on your order, I’ll share an image of the design for your approval before proceeding with the engraving and shipping. Please note that the price for custom orders will depend on the complexity of the work. We’re excited to help you create something truly unique and special!

Should the engraving fade away with time?

No, the engraving will not fade away. I use the highest quality modern laser technologies that do not leave any slightest error, making the engraving look flawless.

                             

Can I return a personalized ring?

Please note that all handmade, personalized, and custom-made products are non-returnable. Since these items are created specifically for you, altering them would compromise the design and make reselling impossible, even if they are in perfect condition. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for custom items.

If you happen to order the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please contact the store. An additional restocking fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns!

 

Can I request a ring sizer from your shop?

If you’re uncertain about your ring size after placing an order, don’t worry! You can request a ring sizer. We’ll send you the ring sizer first so you can try it on and determine your correct size. Once you’ve found your perfect fit, simply let us know, and we’ll send you the ring in the size you need. We're here to ensure you get the perfect fit for your new piece!

 Getting the right ring size is simple and ensures a comfortable fit. Start by requesting our free ring sizer when you place an order; it’s a reliable tool for accuracy.  Alternatively, you can visit a local jeweler for professional sizing—this can be especially helpful for wider bands or unique designs. If you have any questions or need further guidance, we’re here to help!

Do you have a merchant warranty?

All bands in our store come with a merchant warranty that covers defects and imperfections in the ring’s design. If you notice any defects upon receiving your package, please communicate this to us within 2 to 3 days. We kindly ask that you return the package with the tracking information within a week.

Please note that the merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches. We want to ensure your satisfaction, so if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, feel free to reach out!

Tungsten rings are known for their strength, durability, and scratch resistance, but they are not completely scratch-proof. They can be damaged if struck by a heavy object or dropped. The longevity of your ring will depend on the care and maintenance it receives; with proper treatment, it can provide many years of satisfaction, while neglect could lead to damage in just a few days or weeks.

To keep your ring in excellent condition, please follow these care tips:

  • Avoid dropping or striking your ring with heavy objects.

  • Limit contact with harsh chemicals to prevent damage.

  • Refrain from using ultrasonic jewelry cleaners, as they can cause microscopic fractures in the ring.

Always treat your ring with care, and consider removing it during activities such as working out at the gym or handling heavy tools. Your attention to care will ensure your tungsten ring remains a cherished piece for years to come!

How long does it take for the shop to get back to me?
