          Payment

We accept all payment methods -  PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, and all credit cards. Our checkout process is simple and easy to follow. PayPal - the secure international e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. If you have any questions during the checkout process, please contact us. Enter your name and billing address as it appears on your credit card billing statement. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in Rings Paradise. We protect the confidentiality of your information, and under no circumstances do we sell out or share this information with other businesses.

 

          Domestic Shipping

Every single jewelry piece will be delivered with nice packaging.
Rings Paradise ships via the United States Postal Service (both domestic and global).

USPS Tracking Number will be provided. 

USPS First Class Mail(Mon ~ Sat)(2 ~ 5 business days average after we shipped.)

USPS Priority Mail (Mon ~ Sat)(1 ~ 3 business days average after we shipped.)

USPS Express Mail (Mon ~ Sat)(1 ~ 2 business days average after we shipped.)

Once we process the order, you will receive an automatic notification with the tracking confirmation number to your email address, where you can track the package and check the delivery status at any time. The information will be updated on the system every time the carrier company’s member scans the package. 

If the tracking information is not available, please wait a couple of days and try again, especially for international packages. Please reach the shop if you need any assistance.

          International Shipping


We provide fast and secure deliveries everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow the customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate their needs.
For all purchases, the USPS International Regular Shipping option(USPS First Class International) will charge $36.00.
The USPS International Express Shipping takes 5-10 business days to get delivered anywhere around the world at a flat rate of $59.00
When the item has a value of $500.00 and up, express shipping is a better option when shipping overseas. The express shipping option provides a tracking number that customers may use to locate their package during the delivery process. However, the international regular shipping option (USPS First Class International) does not provide a tracking number. For a more secure international delivery process, choose Express shipping and track your package every step of the way.
Generally, Canadian and International buyers may be charged additional costs such as customs duties and taxes, brokerage fees, and GST(UPS Service) when buyers receive a package.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive the tracking confirmation number in your email to track the location of the package. The package leaves the US  territory, it is outside its jurisdiction. At that point, the local post office in your city is in possession of the information regarding your package. It depends on the customs of your country for how long they may keep the package for clearance. If this happens to you, please contact your local post office to get the information regarding your package. In force major circumstances of the loss of a package, or if you have not appeared on time to receive it, and your local post office sent it back, please contact the store and immediate assistance and further accommodation. 

          Customs & Import Duties

All international orders outside the US can incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT upon their arrival at the destination. Those fees are paid to the government or local carriers to support your country's economy. Those fees are not collected by the seller. Each country has its own local taxes and import duties, and the amount varies. The payment of customs and duties is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact the country's customs office to inquire regarding the amount of fees.

          Return and Exchange

US Customers

 The custom-engraved and personalized rings are not returnable. If the ring doesn't fit, it can be exchanged for another size. The restocking fee for the exchange of the size will apply.  The amount of the restocking fee varies depending on the complexity of the work and how busy the shop is at the moment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of none custom-made and personalized jewelry, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days from the time you received it and get a refund.

International Customers

 For international buyers, please communicate with the shop for further assistance. You will have to reach the shop within 7 days and return the item in its original condition within 30 days from the time you receive the item.  

 Return requests must be done within 7 days of receiving the order.

 For return orders, the Buyer has to pay shipping costs.

 For return items, the buyer needs to provide tracking information.

 

          Exchange / Return Instructions(what to put in the box)

 

When returning an item, please include a note with:

1.         First and Last Name on the order

2.         Order number

3.         Date of purchase

4.         What size do you need

5.         Your Shipping address

 If this information is not in the box, we cannot process your order.

          Buyer's Responsibility for Ring Sizing

 

Choosing the proper size depends on several factors, such as weather conditions, the width of the ring itself, and how wide is your knuckle.

Tungsten rings are comfort-fit. Comfort-fit rings usually run a bit larger than your standard ring size. However, it also depends on how large is your knuckle and the ring itself (4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm 12mm)

  If you are from the US or Canada, concerned about choosing the correct size, and would like to double-check it before we process the order, you may request a ring sizer first in a note section while placing the order. We will send you the ring sizer on the same or the next business day. Once the ring size is confirmed, we will process the order shortly.

Tungsten Rings are NOT resizable, and if you are planning to have it engraved, please make sure you are selecting the correct size before we engrave and send it to you, in order to avoid any restocking fees. 

 Please get sized at your local jewelry store, at least in two locations by a professional for a comfort-fit ring before placing the order.  

It is the Buyer's responsibility to get properly sized. Why hassle with having to exchange your ring and running around the last minute to get it to us and exchange it?

All bands in our store come with a merchant warranty that applies to defects and imperfections in the design of the ring. Such defects should be noticed upon receiving the package, communicated to the shop within 2 - 3 days, and return the package along with the tracking information within a week. Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches.
