The Payment

We accept all payment methods -  Paypal, Checks, Gift Cards, Money Order and all credit cards. Our check out process is simple and easy to follow. PayPal - the secure international e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. If you have any questions during checkout process, please contact us. Enter your name and billing address as it appears on your credit card billing statement. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust  you place in Rings Paradise. We protect the confidentiality of your information, and under no circumstances do we sell out share this information to other businesses.

 

Shipping

Every single jewelry piece will be delivered with nice packaging.
Rings Paradise  ships via United States Postal Service (both domestic and global) .

USPS Tracking Number will be provided. USPS First Class Mail(Mon ~ Sat)(2 ~ 5 business days average after we shipped.) USPS Priority Mail (Mon ~ Sat)(2 ~ 4 business days average after we shipped.)

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email from carrier's company, this Email will provide you tracking number for the package and date your order was shipped. Please leave your correct E-Mail infomation, tracking information will be send to your E-Mail address.

Tracking  information will be updated every time carrier company scan the package on arrival, meantime, the tracking information may not available, please check back few days later for updated information specially for international shipments. 
 

International Shipping
We provide fast and secure deliveries to everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow the customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate for their needs.
For all purchases, the USPS International Regular Shipping option(USPS First class International) will charge $9.00.
The USPS International Express Shipping takes 3-5 business days to get delivered anywhere around the world at a flat rate of $59.00
When the item has the value of $500.00 and up , Express shipping is better option when shipping overseas. The express shipping option provides a tracking number that customers may use to locate their package during the delivery process. However, the international regular shipping option (USPS First class International) does not provide a tracking number. For a more secure international delivery process, choose the Express shipping and track your package along every step of the way.
Generally, Canada and International buyers may charged additional costs such as custom duties and taxes, brokerage fee and GST(UPS Service) when buyers receive package.

Return and Exchange

The jewelry that has been made by order cannot be restocked, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom made items cannot be returned for refunds or credits.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of none custom made jewelry, you may return the item in his original condition for an exchange. if you would like to return for a refund an additional 25%  restocking fee will be applied

 Return orders are subject to 25% restocking fees.

 Return request must be done in 7 days after receiving the order.

 Return orders, Buyer has to pay shipping.

 Return items, buyer need to provide tracking information.

 

Engraving Information

Due to the nature of the rings, engraving is very light,

Tungsten  rings are the hardest rings, so engraving will be hard to see and due to hard metal some times some letters or words lighter then other letters or words. Due to light engraving , we  can not take returns. Returns are only accepted if ring is not engraved at all.

We are  not responsible for any lost or damage package/s when returning the item, we require you get signature confirmation and tracking to ensure your package is received by us. You must pay shipping back to us and back to you for an exchange.

When returning an item, please include a note with:

 

1.         Your Name

2.         Order #

3.         Date of purchase

4.         What size you need

5.         Your Shipping address

 

 If this information is not in the box we cannot process your order.

 

Buyers Responsibility on Ring Sizing

Tungsten Rings are NOT resizable, and if you are planning to have it  Engraved, please make sure you are selecting correct size before we  Engrave it and ship it.  Once we Engraved the ring, we NOT  accept return  or exchange. We  recommend  going to a jeweler and ask to get sized in comfort fit at least at 2 locations.

It is the Buyers responsibility to get properly sized. Why hassle with having to exchange your ring and running around the last minute to get it to us and exchanged.

 

Comfort Fit

Tungsten  rings   are comfort fit. Comfort fit design ring typically run a half size larger than normal fit rings. If you are purchasing one of our rings, we suggest you get sized and order half size smaller. The sizes vary from 5 to 15 1/2.

All rings are warranted against imperfection in design, workmanship, or materials. The tungsten rings are not resizable. If you are planning to have it engraved, please make sure you are ordering the correct size.
