Comfort fit rings run a half size bigger from a normal ring size. Thus, it is recommended to go a half size smaller than standard ring size. For instance if your standard ring size is 13, your comfort fit ring size will be 12.5.
Not all comfort fit rings run a half size smaller. It depends on the width of the ring and the width of the knuckle. If ring is in 6 mm, and 8 mm width it is better to go with half size smaller from your standard ring size. If ring is in 10 mm, 12 mm width then it is recommended go with the standard ring size. Also if the knuckle is narrow, then a half size smaller should fit well. If the knuckle is wide, then it is suggested to stay with the standard ring size.
The difference between Comfort Fit v. Standard Fit Rings
The difference between standard and comfort fit rings are in different shapes inside of the ring. Inside surface of standard size’s are flat, unlike comfort fit rings that are convex. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to get the package delivered. This shipping method provides with the tracking information, and allows to track the package all the way to the destination.
Express Mail shipping method takes 1-2 business days, and can get your package delivered overnight. The tracking information all the way to its destination is provided by this shipping method.
International Shipping Methods
First Class Mail International takes from 7 to 10 business days to get the package delivered. The USPS is not required to provide with the tracking information via the First Class Mail International. The package can be tracked all the way to its destination only if it gets scanned. Not all packages get scanned when shipped, depending on how busy is the postal office. Usually, the tracking information will appear in the system only when the package get delivered to its destination.
Priority Mail International also takes from 7 to 10 days to get the package delivered. This shipping method provides with the tracking information, and allows to track the package all the way to the destination.
Express Mail International takes from 1 to 3 business days to get the package delivered. The tracking information all the way to its destination is provided by this shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties
All international orders, outside of the US, can incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT upon their arrival to the destination. These fees are paid to government or local carrier, and they are not collected by the company. Every country has its local taxes & import duties, and its amount varies. It is not included in the price of the product, and excluded from the refund. The payment of customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is suggested to contact country's customs office to inquire regarding the amount of fees.
Lifetime Sizing Warranty
Alternative Wedding Bands are not resizable. This only flaw have covers by a merchant's lifetime sizing warranty. It applies when ring size changes over time. However, it does not apply to rings that had a major alterations to its design, such as a stone setting, or personalization with the custom laser engraving.
Return & Exchange
Alternative wedding bands have a merchant warranty that applies to manufacturer defects and imperfections in designs. It does not cover a damage caused from normal wear, and tear, such as minor scratches. Such defects should be noticed immediately upon the receival of the product. It should be communicated to the seller within 2-3 days, and the product should be dispatched back within a week, along with a tracking information.
All handmade, personalized, and custom made products are not returnable, since they were made especially for a customer, and it will be impossible to change or sell it in the future, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom made items cannot be returned for refunds. If you have ordered a wrong size, and would like to make an exchange contact the store.
Once the product is shipped, you will get a tracking information to track the location of the package. When the package leaves the US, it is outside of its jurisdiction. Thus, the USPS cannot track the location of the package. At that point, the local office in your city is one in the possession of the information regarding your package. It depends on custom of your country for how long they will keep the package for the clearance. If this happens to you, contact your local postal office to get the information regarding your package.
