How should I place an order?

Ordering on Rings Paradise is very easy. Once you have discovered the item you would like to purchase, click on the "add to Shopping bag" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

How should I make a payment via PayPal?

Our check out process is simple and easy to follow. We accept PayPal, which is a secure international e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. Please follow the instructions throughout the check out process.

Is it safe to order from RingsParadise.com?

Absolutely, it is safe to order from RingsParadise.com. All rings are warranted against imperfection in design, workmanship, or materials. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in Rings Paradise. 

What are the available shipping options on RingsParadise.com?

We are accepting online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Rings Paradise ships via the United States Postal Service. Usually we ship the orders  via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail (Mon ~ Sat) (1 ~ 3 estimated business days after we shipped the package) USPS Priority Mail (Mon ~ Sat) (2 ~ 5 estimated business days after we shipped the package). If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another convenient destination for you. The orders could be shipped out via Domestic or International Express Mail upon your request.

How long is the order processing time?

The order processing time usually takes 2-5 bussines days, depending how busy we are. If it is a custom order, it may take 1-2 weeks to proccess it.

How  will I know if my order have been shipped?

When your order have been shipped, you will receive  the tracking number for the package with the date your order was shipped. Tracking information will be updated every time, the Carrier Company scan the package on arrival. Meantime, if the tracking information is not available, please check back few days later for updated information especially for international shipments.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

We ship orders internationally. Rings Paradise provides fast and secure deliveries to everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow the customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate for their needs. For all purchases, the USPS International Regular Shipping option (USPS First class International) will charge $12.00. The USPS International Express Shipping takes 1-3 estimated business days to get delivered anywhere around the world at a flat rate of $59.00. When the item has the value of $500.00 and up, Express shipping is better option when shipping overseas. The Express Shipping option provides a tracking number that customers may use to locate their package during the delivery process. For a more secure international delivery process, choose the Express shipping and track your package along every step of the way. 

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Rings Paradise is required by law to charge state sales tax for orders made in state of California.

Will I be charged an international tax on my purchase?

Every country has its own international taxation, which may vary. You should pay it upon receiving the package. Please note that a duty to pay the international tax is a sole responsibility of a Buyer.

I've checked on parcelforce and it would appear that custom charges need paying but I have not been contacted to pay them. Previously when I have purchased from US I have received a text message or email. Were my details included on the courier package?

Please contact us, and we will provide you with the receipt, which you should print, and take it with you to your local postal office. Custom charges are different in every country. However, from our experience alternative wedding bands are tax exempt, unless there are any changes, which you can inquire about. Usually, this tax applies to precious metals, such as gold, platinum, and silver, but the alternative metals. Every country has its international custom tax. The payment of this tax is the sole responsibility imposed on the Buyer.

Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Every single jewelry piece will be delivered with nice Gift Box.

How can I get  the assistance about my purchase?

If you need any help or advice to choose a perfect Wedding Band or Engagement Rings, Rings Paradise representatives will give you a consultation via email jewelsbylucy@gmail.com, and answer to all your questions.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Rings Paradise accept exchange, if the item is returned in saleable condition within  7 days, accompanied by a tracking information. 

Make sure that the jewelry that has been made by order cannot be restocked, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom made items cannot be returned for refunds or credits. If you would like to return for a refund an additional 25% restocking fee will be applied. Returns should be sent via an insured shipping method to our Customer Service Center at:

Do you offer an engraving service along with the purchase?

Yes, Rings Paradise provides you with the custom laser engraving service, along with your purchase. It’s price is in an additional $15. You can engrave your own meaningful text, initials, or a date, which has a great significance for you and your significant other outside or inside of the ring, by choosing as much characters as you want. Please keep in mind that as longer the text that you choose, as smaller the letters, and it is harder to read. Thus, would suggest you to choose up to 35 characters.

How can I order an engraving service?

You can order an engraving service through the Rings Paradise. When you place an order, please let us know what would you like to be engraved on your ring, in the note section. Once we start processing your order, we will send you the link for the custom order, where you can make a payment of additional $15 for the custom laser engraving

What to do in case of international delay of my package? Would it be possible for you to follow up with my order? 

In some rare occasions, our customers can face to such unpleasant circumstance  as an international delay of their package. When the dates are so important to you, we really understand your concern. Once the rings are shipped, you are going to get a tracking information to follow the location of your package. When the package leaves  the US, it is outside of its  jurisdiction. Thus, the USPS cannot track where is your package located. At that point, the local office in your city is one in the possession of the information regarding your package. It depends on custom of your country for how long they will keep the package for the clearance. If this happens to you,  contact your local postal office to get the information regarding your package and let us know once you receive it. In the force major circumstances of loss of the package, or if you haven’t appear on time to receive it, and your local postal office sent it back to us, please contact us for an immediate assistance, and further accommodations.

Why I cannot see the delivery status of my package?

Sometimes, you cannot see the delivery status of your package right away, since it takes some time for the system to process it. Please wait, and try to check the system again later.

Can I exchange or return personalized rings purchased from Rings Paradise?

There is no return policy for the custom made or personalized rings. However, if you purchase the ring and, for example, it is not fit you well, or for any other reason you would like to make an exchange, please let as know within a week from the time of delivery and will make an exchange for you.  Later when one week, we won’t accept any exchanges. Please contact with us, we will send you the form that you have to fill and send it back to us with the ring along with the  tracking information. You can choose any other ring that you like from Rings Paradise, and we will send it to you. Please note, that there is 25% of restocking fee in the case of exchange.

Am I responsible for the shipping costs for returns, or exchanges?

For return orders we have a 25% restocking fee. Also you have to pay shipping back to us and back to you for an exchange. Return request must be done within 7 days after receiving the order. It have to be send with the tracking information.

Do you offer any discounts?

It is very important for us that our customers are happy with their purchase.
