Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any products from our website.
We are a company registered in California, United States. We sell our products worldwide. You can place an order inside the US or internationally. Placing an Order
Ordering on Rings Paradise is very easy. Once you have discovered the item you would like to purchase, click on the "add to Shopping bag" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Our checkout process is simple and easy to follow. We accept PayPal, which is a secure international e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. Please follow the instructions throughout the check-out process.

All rings are warranted against imperfection in design, workmanship, or materials.
It comes with a merchant warranty that applies to defects and imperfections in the design of the ring. Such defects should be noticed upon receiving the package. Communicate to the seller within 2 - 3 days, and return the package along with the tracking information within a week. Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches.
Alternative wedding bands, including tungsten rings, are not resizable, thus it is important to get your correct ring size before placing an order. Tungsten rings are a comfort-fit, thus rings usually run half size larger than your standard ring size. For instance, if your standard ring size is 10, your comfort fit ring size will be 9.5. However, not all tungsten rings run a half size larger than the standard ring size. The size of the ring depends on its width and how wide is knuckle. Please get sized for comfort fit ring size in the particular width that you would like at two local reputable jewelry stores before placing an order.
All products in our shop may be customized with custom laser engraving upon your request. The engraving text can be added in the note section during the checkout. You can engrave your meaningful text, initials, or a date, which has a great significance for you and your significant other outside or inside of the ring, by choosing as many characters as you want. Please keep in mind that as long the text that you choose, as smaller the letters, and it is harder to read. Thus, would suggest you choose up to 35-40 characters.
We accept custom requests. Please send us an image, logo, fingerprints, heart rate to be engraved outside of the ring. We will start working on your order. Once it is ready we will send you a sketch for your approval before making an engraving, and shipping it to you. The price of custom orders depends on the difficulty of the work.
Order Processing time
The order processing time usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on how busy we are. If it is a custom order, it may take 1-2 weeks to process.
We ship packages via USPS First Class Mail. Once shipped, it usually takes 2-3 business days to get the package delivered inside the US. Shipping via the USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or FedEx is possible upon your request. If you are time-sensitive or would like to expedite the shipping please contact the shop as soon as it is possible.
FIRST CLASS Mail is the most common option. It takes 5-7 business days to get the package delivered. The USPS is not required to provide the tracking information via First Class Mail. The package can be tracked to its destination only if it gets scanned. Not all packages get scanned when shipped, depending on how busy is the postal office. Usually, the tracking information will appear in the system only when the package gets delivered to its destination.
PRIORITY mail takes 1-3 business days to get the package delivered. This shipping method provides the tracking information and allows tracking the package to its destination.
EXPRESS Mail shipping method takes 1-2 business days and can get your package delivered overnight. The tracking information to its destination is provided by this shipping method.
We ship orders internationally. We provide fast and secure deliveries to everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow the customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate their needs. When the item has a value of $500.00 and up, Express shipping is a better option when shipping overseas. The Express Shipping option provides a tracking number that customers may use to locate their package during the delivery process. A tracking number is not available until the package is delivered if the shipping was made via USPS First Class or Priority Mail outside the US. For a more secure international delivery process, choose Express shipping and track your package along every step of the way.

If you would like your package to be shipped via FedEx, please provide us with your phone number, because it is required by the FedEx Representatives, to reach you once your package arrives.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number. A tracking number will be updated every time, the Carrier Company scans the package on arrival.
If the tracking information is not available, please check back a few days later for updated information especially for international shipments.
Sometimes, the delivery status of your package may be unavailable. It takes some time for the system to process it. Please wait, and try to check the system again later.
Rings Paradise is required by law to charge state sales tax for orders made in the state of California.
International Tax ( for orders outside of the US)
Every country has its international taxation, which may vary. You should pay it upon receiving the package. Please note that a duty to pay the international tax is the sole responsibility of a Buyer.
There is no return policy for custom-made or personalized rings. Custom-made or personalized jewelry that has been made by order cannot be restocked, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
All handmade, personalized, and custom-made products are not returnable, since they were made especially for a customer, and it will be impossible to change it without the damage to the design of the ring or resell it in the future, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom-made items cannot be returned for refunds. If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to make an exchange contact the store. An additional fee may apply.
Rings Paradise accepts exchange if the item is returned in good condition within 7 days, accompanied by tracking information.

Customs and Import Duties
All international orders, outside of the US, can incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT upon their arrival to the destination. These fees are paid to the government or local carrier, and they are not collected by the seller. Every country has its local taxes & import duties, and its amount varies. It is not included in the price of the product and is excluded from the refund. The payment of customs and import duties is the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is suggested to contact the country’s customs office to inquire regarding the fees.
Once the item is shipped, you will get the tracking information to track the location of the package. When the package leaves the US, it is outside of its jurisdiction. Thus, the USPS cannot track the location of the package. At that point, the local postal office in your city is in the possession of the information regarding your package. It depends on the custom of your country for how long they will keep the package for clearance. If this happens to you, contact your local post office to get the information regarding your package. In the force major circumstances of the loss of the package, or if you have not appeared on time to receive it, and your local post office sent it back, please contact the store for immediate assistance and further accommodations.

It depends on the custom of your country for how long they will keep the package for clearance. If this happens to you, contact your local post office to get the information regarding your package and let us know once you receive it. In the force major circumstances of the loss of the package, or if you haven’t appeared on time to receive it, and your local post office sent it back to us, please contact us for immediate assistance, and further accommodations.
1. Avoid dropping or striking your ring with a heavy object
Tungsten rings are strong, durable, scratch-resistant, but not scratch-proof. Thus, it can get damaged if hit by a heavy object, or dropped to a floor. Your ring can give you many years of satisfaction, or can get damaged within a few days or weeks depending on the maintenance it receives on daily basis. Always treat your ring with care. To avoid any possible damage to your ring, please remove it anytime you go to the gym, exercise with dumbbells, or work with heavy objects such as a hammer.
2. Limit the contact with Chemicals
Although tungsten is relatively a strong metal, it reacts poorly to harsh cleaning products, such as bleach, chlorine, and ammonia. The contact with such chemicals may blemish the surface of the ring. Thus avoid wearing it while you are going to the swimming pool, or using one of these products. If your tungsten ring came into contact with one of these chemicals, you should immediately rinse it in warm water with soap. Then, rinse it with tap water one more time, and put it on the towel to air dry.
3. Avoid the use of ultrasonic jewelry cleaners
Do not use ultrasonic jewelry cleaners, because they can cause microscopic fractures in your ring.
