Placing an Order

The process is incredibly easy - all you have to do is find the item you want, click the "add to Shopping Bag" button, and follow the simple instructions on the checkout page. Payment

​Our checkout process is simple and easy to follow. We also accept PayPal, a secure international e-commerce business that allows payments and money transfers to be made online. Please follow the instructions throughout the checkout process.

Warranty

​​All rings are warranted against imperfection in design, workmanship, or materials. 
It has a merchant warranty for defects and imperfections in the ring's design.  Such defects should be noticed upon receiving the package.  Communicate to the seller within 2 - 3 days, and return the parcel along with the tracking information within two weeks.  Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches. 

Sizing

​​When it comes to alternative wedding bands, tungsten carbide rings are a popular choice for many. However, it's important to note that these rings cannot be resized. It is crucial to get your ring size right before you place an order. The good news is that tungsten rings are known for their comfortable fit, meaning they usually run half a size larger than your standard ring size. For example, if your regular ring size is 10, your comfort fit ring size should be 9.5. Please remember that not all tungsten rings follow this rule, as the size of the ring depends on its width and the width of your knuckle. To ensure you get the perfect fit, we recommend getting sized for a comfortable fit ring at two reputable jewelry stores in your area. If you're in the US and want to double-check your size, don't hesitate to request a free ring sizer in the note section when placing your order. We'll send it to you as soon as possible. Once you've confirmed your size, we'll process your order promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction. We understand the importance of a perfectly-fitting ring and are committed to helping you achieve just that.

Personalization 

We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality personalized products. If you want your ring personalized, please write the text you like us to engrave on it in the note section when you order it. We will engrave the text on the inside or outside of the ring upon your request. We recommend keeping the text under 40-45 characters to ensure it is readable. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Custom Orders

Just ​to get started, please send us an image, logo, fingerprints, and heart rate that you would like to be engraved on the inside/outside of the ring. Once we receive your request, we will begin working on your order. Before making the engraving, we will send you a sketch for your approval. Once you approve the drawing, we will engrave it and ship it to you. Please note that the price of custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the work and how busy the shop is at the moment. Order Processing Time

We are pleased to inform you that the processing time for your order is typically 2-5 business days. However, for custom engravings, it may take up to 1-2 weeks to process. 
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that your personalized product is of the highest quality.

Shipping

​We ship packages via USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver within the US. However, if you are time-sensitive and would like to receive the ring by the due day, please let us know by message if we can process the order faster. We are also offering Expedited shipping upon your request.

First Class  

We offer different Shipping options to cater to your needs. Our most common option is First Class Mail, which takes 2-5 business days to deliver your package. However, please note that the USPS First Class shipping method does not require to provide tracking information. You can only track your parcel if it gets scanned, which may only sometimes happen during busy times. Sometimes the tracking information shows up in the system once it is delivered.

Priority

 If you are looking for a faster shipping option, we recommend USPS Priority Mail. It takes only 1-3 business days to deliver your package. It provides tracking information to track your parcel to its destination. 

 

Express  

 You can choose our USPS Express Mail shipping option for even speedier delivery. This method usually delivers within 1-2 business days and can even get your package delivered overnight. You'll also receive tracking information for this shipping option. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always available to assist you!

 

International Orders

We ship orders internationally. We provide fast and secure deliveries everywhere around the world. The various shipping methods allow the customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate their needs. When the item is valued at $500.00 and up, Express shipping is a better option when shipping overseas. The Express Shipping option provides a tracking number to locate the package during delivery. When you choose the USPS First Class option for international delivery, the tracking information will only be available when carrier company representatives scan the parcel.
For a more secure international delivery process, please choose Express or Priority shipping and track your package every step of the way. 

FIRST CLASS Mail takes an estimated 14-30 business days to deliver the package. The package can be tracked to its destination only if it gets scanned. Not all packages get always inspected when shipped. It depends on how busy is the postal office. Usually, the tracking information will appear in the system only when the package gets delivered to its destination.
PRIORITY Mail also takes an estimated 10 - 14 business days to deliver the package. This shipping method provides tracking information and allows tracking of the parcel package to the destination.
EXPRESS Mail shipping method takes an estimated 1 - 3 business days to deliver your package. You will get the tracking number and can track the parcel to its destination.
FEDEX
If you would like us to send your order via FedEx, please provide us with your phone number because it is required by FedEx to provide them with the recipient's contact phone number to reach you once your package arrives.

 

Shipping Notification

Once we ship your order, you will receive the tracking confirmation number. The tracking number will be updated whenever the carrier company scans the package upon arrival. 
If, for any reason, the tracking information is not available, please check back a few days later for updated information, especially for international shipments.

Delivery Status

When you make a purchase, you should expect to receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Every time the carrier scans the package after we ship it, you will get the tracking updates and will be able to locate your order. However, if you're having difficulty tracking your parcel and the delivery status is unavailable, there's no need to worry. Sometimes it takes the system some time to process the information, especially during the busy holiday season. We recommend waiting and checking back on the status later. If it's been more than ten days since the order was shipped and you still have not received it, don't hesitate to contact the store for assistance. Additionally, for international shipments, it's a good idea to check back a few days later for updated information if the tracking information is not available.

Sales Tax

Rings Paradise is required by law to charge state sales tax for orders made in the state of California.

 

International Tax ( for orders outside of the US)
Every country has its international taxation, which may vary. You should pay for it upon receiving the package. Please note that a duty to pay the international tax is the sole responsibility of a Buyer.

 

Return
Our Seller's Warranty covers any defects or imperfections in product design that have been discovered and notified to the store at the time of receipt of the package, reported to the store within three days, and sent back within two weeks in its original condition. We will not accept returns made after 14 days.
Please note that the return policy only applies to regular items in the store. The policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. All custom and personalized items are non-returnable. In the event of a size exchange, a restocking fee may apply.
​Custom-made or personalized jewelry made by the order is not returnable, even in perfect condition. Therefore, customized or personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
Don't hesitate to contact the store directly if you need to exchange your ring due to a sizing issue. We will assist you with the exchange process, although please keep in mind that an additional fee may apply. 

Exchange

We accept exchanges if the item is returned in good condition within 14 days, accompanied by tracking information.

Customs and Import Duties

Please note that if you place an international order outside of the US, you may incur customs, duties, and VAT upon the product's arrival at the destination. The government or local carrier collects these fees. It is essential to remember that every country has its local taxes & import duties, and the amount varies. Hence, we are not including those taxes in the product's price. The buyer's responsible for paying for customs and import duties. We suggest contacting the country's customs office to inquire regarding the fees.

International Duties

​We understand that timely delivery is essential to you, and we apologize in advance for any potential delays that may occur with international shipments. In the event of a delay, we recommend selecting the Expedited shipping method, which allows you to track your package and receive it on time. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking confirmation number to monitor the location of your package. Please note that once your package leaves the US, it falls outside of USPS jurisdiction, and your local carrier company will be the only one in possession of the information regarding the parcel. If you experience any delays, we suggest contacting your local post office for more details and letting us know once you receive your package. In the event of a lost or undelivered package, please get in touch with us immediately for assistance and further accommodations.

International Delays

Occasionally, our customers can face an international delay in their package. When the dates are so important to you, we understand your concern. Once the rings are shipped, you will get tracking information to follow the location of your package. When the package leaves the US, it is outside of its jurisdiction. Thus, the USPS cannot track the package's location. At that point, the local office in your city is in possession of the information regarding your package. It depends on your country's customs for how long they will keep the parcel for clearance. If this happens to you, contact your local post office to get the information regarding your package, and let us know once you receive it. In the force of significant circumstances of the loss of the parcel, or if you haven't appeared on time to receive it, and your local post office sent it back to us, please get in touch with us for immediate assistance and further accommodations.

Care Instructions

1. Avoid dropping or striking your ring with a heavy object 
​Tungsten rings are strong, durable, and scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof. Thus, it can get damaged if a heavy object hits or drops to the floor. Your ring can give you many years of satisfaction or get damaged within a few days or weeks, depending on the maintenance it receives daily. Always treat your ring with care. To avoid damage to your ring, please remove it anytime you go to the gym, exercise with dumbbells, or work with heavy objects such as a hammer.
​2. Limit contact with Chemicals.​
Although tungsten is a relatively strong metal, it reacts poorly to harsh cleaning products like bleach, chlorine, and ammonia. Contact with such chemicals may blemish the surface of the ring. Thus avoid wearing it while you are going to the swimming pool or using one of these products. If your tungsten ring comes into contact with one of these chemicals, immediately rinse it in warm water with soap. Then, rinse it with tap water, and put it on the towel to air dry.
​3. Avoid the use of ultrasonic jewelry cleaners
​Do not use ultrasonic jewelry cleaners because they can cause microscopic fractures in your ring.
​4. Store your tungsten ring separately by placing it inside its jewelry box
