Return & Exchange Policy

At Rings Paradise, we want you to enjoy your ring for years to come. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below so we can process it quickly and smoothly.

Return & Exchange Timeframes

  • U.S. & Canada Customers: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery

  • International Customers: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
    Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify.

  • Custom-made rings

  • Personalized or engraved rings

  • Made-to-order designs

 

 
Size Exchanges in the Future


If your ring doesn’t fit down the road — whether due to size changes, weight changes, or other reasons — you’re welcome to contact us for a size exchange.

Before sending your ring, please email us at support@ringsparadise.com to let us know you’d like to exchange it. This helps us confirm details, provide the correct return instructions, and avoid delays.

A small restocking fee may apply depending on the complexity of the work, style, and design.

When mailing your ring back, please include a note with your order number and the name on the order so we can process it promptly once received.

 

 

How to Return or Exchange
  1. Download and complete our Return & Exchange Form, or include a note with your order number, name on the order, and reason for return/exchange (sharing your reason helps us improve our work).

  2. Pack the ring securely in its original box and ensure it is unworn and in original condition.

  3. Ship the package to:
