Our Seller's Warranty covers any defects or imperfections in product design that are reported at the time of receipt of the package, reported to the store within 3 days, and when the product is sent back within 14 days in its original condition. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

Please note that the return policy only applies to regular items in the store. The policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. All custom and personalized items are non-returnable. In the event of a size exchange, a restocking fee may apply.
