Do you offer an engraving service?
All alternative wedding bands in my store are personalized and come with custom laser engraving. It is Free of cost and comes with your purchase. You can choose any meaningful phrase, a significant date, initials, love quotes, or foreign language phrases to be engraved inside or outside of the ring. You can choose as many characters as you want. It is suggested to choose up to 35 characters, since longer the text smaller the letters, and it is hard to read.
Do you accept custom requests?
I accept custom requests. You can send me an image, logo, fingerprints, heart rate to be engraved outside of the ring. I will start working on your order. Once it is ready I will send you an image of my work to you for your approval before making an engraving, and shipping it to you. The price of custom orders depends on the difficulty of the work.
Should the engraving fade away with time?
No, the engraving will not fade away. I use the highest quality modern laser technologies that do not leave any slightest error, making the engraving look flawless.
Can I return a personalized ring?
All handmade, personalized, and custom made products are not returnable, since they were made especially for a customer, and it will be impossible to change it without the damage to the design of the ring or resell it in the future, even if it is in perfect condition. Therefore, the custom made items cannot be returned for refunds. If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to make an exchange contact the store. An additional restocking fee may apply.
Can I try on the ring to see if it fits me well before I decide to purchase it from you?
If you are not sure regarding your ring size, I can send you the ring, you will try it on, If the ring fits you well you will send it back to me for the engraving. If the ring does not fit you well, you will send it back to me for the exchange of the size and the engraving. In case if the ring fits you well, but you do not like it for any reason, you can send it back to me for a refund.
How do I order my correct ring size?
Alternative wedding bands are not resizable, thus it is important to get your correct ring size before you place an order. It is recommended to get sized at two local reputable jewelry stores for the COMFORT fit ring.
For instance, if you are getting the ring in 8mm width please get sized for comfort fit ring in 8mm width.
Do you have a merchant warranty?
All bands in my store come with a merchant warranty that applies to defects and imperfections in the design of the ring. Such defects should be noticed upon receival of the package, communicated to the seller within 2 - 3 days, and return the package along with the tracking information within a week. Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches.
How to take care of Inlay rings?
The greatest determining factor in the ring's lifespan is the care it receives on a regular basis. There are special maintenance tips to make your Inlay ring last longer, and bring you many years of great satisfaction. Rings Paradise bands are made of wood, carbon fiber gemstone, antler, and meteorite inlays. Each type of Inlay needs special treatment. Removal of the ring at the right time in particular circumstances will avoid any unwanted scratches and breakage.
It pertains to all types of rings including ones made from durable, and scratch-resistant materials. Thus, it is always recommended to remove your ring when you are involved in sports activities, going to a swimming pool, lifting heavy objects, making repairs, or yard work, because even rings made from strong metals can get damaged from involvement in such activities.
Avoid exposure to antibacterial soaps, cleaners, sэprays, perfumes or harsh substances such as alcohol isopropyl, hair products, sunscreen as it may lead to staining or damage to the surface of the ring.
Meteorite Inlay
Meteorite Inlay rings are strong, thus they should not break. However, it may get scratched like any other material. If you would like your meteorite ring to last you long, you should take good care of it, avoid dropping, and heating by heavy objects. It is not recommended wearing your ring while engaging in heavy activities including, but not limited to construction, yard work, repairs, etc.

How to take care of my tungsten ring and to avoid any possible damage?
Avoid dropping or striking your ring by a heavy object
Tungsten rings are song, durable, scratch resistant, but not scratch proof. Thus, it can get damaged if hit by a heavy object, or dropped to a floor. Your ring can give you many years of satisfaction, or can get damaged within a few days or weeks depending on the maintenance it receives on daily basis. Always treat your ring with care. In order to avoid any possible damage to your ring, please remove it anytime you go to the gym, exercise with dumbbells, or work with heavy objects such as a hammer.
Limit the contact with Chemicals. Although tungsten is relatively a strong metal, it reacts poorly to harsh cleaning products, such as bleach, chlorine, and ammonia. The contact with such chemicals may blemish the surface of the ring. Thus avoid wearing it while you are going to the swimming pool, or using one of these products. If your tungsten ring came int contact with one of these chemicals, you should immediately rinse it in a warm water with soap. Then, rinse it with a tap water one more time, and put it on the towel to air dry.
Avoid the use of ultrasonic jewelry cleaners. Do not use ultrasonic jewelry cleaners, because they can cause microscopic fractures in your ring.
Store your tungsten ring separately by placing it inside its own jewelry box.
