I purchased this ring for my husband in September 2025 and gave it to him during our ceremony November 8th. On January 9th, while working on stage for a theatre production, the stone flew out of his ring and was unable to be recovered. Now we have a hollow tungsten ring just two months after saying I Do, and the ring that symbolizes forever has no sparkle. I reached out to customer service and will update this with any resolution.
