Shopping for a wedding ring online can bring up lots of questions. At Rings Paradise, we want to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions customers ask when buying their rings online.


❓ How do I figure out my ring size?

The most important step is to get the size right. Guessing usually causes delays and frustration. We recommend having your finger sized at a local jewelry store.

To help even more, we provide a free ring sizer with your order. Just write “Request Ring Sizer” in the notes section when you checkout, and we’ll ship it out right away (same or next day). Once you confirm your size, we’ll start making your ring.


❓ How long will it take to receive my Wedding Band?

Most rings are processed and ready to ship in 2–5 business days. After shipping:

  • U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days

  • International delivery usually takes 10–21 business days

If you’re in a rush, let us know, and we’ll do our best to speed things up. Please note that custom-made rings may need extra time, but we’ll always keep you updated.


❓ What does the Wedding Band warranty cover?

All Rings Paradise wedding bands come with a merchant warranty that covers defects or imperfections in the ring’s design.

Here’s how it works:

  • Defects must be reported within 2–3 days of receiving the ring.

  • Rings must be returned within 14 days with tracking information.

Normal wear and tear (like small scratches) isn’t covered, but your ring is built to last for years to come.


❓ Can I exchange my ring size later if it no longer fits?

Yes, absolutely! Many of our customers exchange sizes later if their weight changes. We’ll help you with the process — there’s just a small shipping and handling fee, which is less than what you originally paid for the ring.


❓ Can I return a personalized or custom ring?

Personalized rings are generally final sale. However, if the size is wrong, we may be able to exchange it for a different size (fees depend on the materials and design).


❓ How do I return a non-personalized ring?

If your ring doesn’t fit or you change your mind, you can return it for a refund or exchange:

  • U.S. customers: Notify us within 14 days of receiving the ring

  • International customers: Notify us within 30 days

Please include your order number, name, and tracking information. The ring must be in its original unworn condition.

⚠️ Custom and personalized rings are not eligible for refunds but can often be exchanged for a size adjustment.


❓ What should international customers know?

Processing time for international orders is the same (2–5 business days). Once shipped, delivery takes 10–21 days depending on the carrier.

Since shipping times are estimates and out of our control, we recommend ordering well in advance if you have a special date.
